Important: Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
